Can we export timekeeping information from biometrics in SOOA?

Yes, you can export timekeeping records from biometrics in SOOA using two available views:

1. Record View
To export via the Record View, follow these steps:

Navigate to HR Management > Attendance Management > Attendance Statistics > Record

  • Click Check
  • Adjust the date range to your preferred period
  • Click Export Report

2. Time View
To export via the Time View, follow these steps:

Go to HR Management > Attendance Management > Attendance Statistics > Time

  • Click Check
  • Set the date range to your desired period
  • Click Export Report
