Need an alternative way to receive your OTP?

If you can’t receive the OTP on your phone, you can choose to get it via email instead. Just follow these steps to enable email delivery:

1. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner and select ‘Basic Information’.

2. Enter your preferred email address in the ‘Personal Email’ field and save.

3. The next time you log in, select ‘Email Verification Code’ as your OTP option.

That’s it! You’ll now be able to receive OTPs through your email when needed.
