SOOA’s payroll system automates salary calculations, tax deductions, and disbursement processes. You can track adjustments and approvals through the system.
Why is my updated salary not showing after transfer approval?
If your salary or department details are not reflecting after transfer approval, please ensure that the update has been fully processed and synced in the system.
How can I view leave credits or holidays?
You can access leave credits under the “Holiday Management” section. If you can’t find the search bar, please contact support as this feature is being improved.
Why are my employee’s work time adjustments not showing in the daily summary?
If an employee has filed a work time adjustment but it’s not appearing in the extracted daily summary data, this could be a syncing issue. Please contact our support team to investigate and resolve this.
How do I file for a work time adjustment?
Work time adjustments can be filed through the approval section then go to my application and then select clock correction. If they are not reflecting in the system, please notify our team.
Can I export government and 2316 forms?
Yes, you can export these forms. However, if you experience any export issues, please contact support for assistance.
I am having issues exporting government and 2316 forms. What should I do?
Exporting forms like government and 2316 forms should function smoothly. If you encounter export issues, we recommend restarting the system and making sure that the file is not too large before you attach it. If the problem continues, contact us so we can help resolve it promptly.
What to Do If You Can’t Receive an OTP on Your Mobile Phone
- Check Your Signal and Network Coverage:
Ensure that your phone has a strong signal and stable network connection. Poor coverage may delay or prevent the OTP from being delivered. - Verify Your Phone Number:
Double-check that the mobile number linked to your account is correct. If there is an error, update it in the system or contact support for assistance. - Resend the OTP:
Most systems allow you to request the OTP again after a short period. Try clicking on the “Resend OTP” button. - Disable Do Not Disturb (DND) Settings:
If you have Do Not Disturb mode or message filtering enabled on your phone, it may block OTP messages. Disable these settings temporarily to receive the message. - Check Your Messaging App or Inbox:

What should I do if my biometrics aren’t syncing due to an internet outage? When the system experiences an internet outage, biometric records will not sync in real-time. Please ensure that the connection is restored, and the system will automatically update once online.
SOOA Resigned Employees FAQs
- How do I process a resigned employee in SOOA?
To process a resigned employee, go to the employee profile, update their employment status to “Resigned,” and ensure all final payments and adjustments are recorded in the payroll module. For assistance with this process, contact our support team. - Can a resigned employee still access the SOOA system?
Once the employee’s status is marked as “Resigned,” their access to the system will be disabled. If access is required for specific reasons, please contact support for temporary solutions. - How do I handle pending leave or benefits for resigned employees?
Ensure that any pending leave credits or benefits are settled during the final payroll process. These should be reflected in the resigned employee’s final pay. - What happens to a resigned employee’s records in SOOA?
The records of resigned employees will remain in the system for future reference. You can access their information through archived employee records, but their data will no longer be included in active employee reports. - How can I generate a final pay slip for a resigned employee?
You can generate a final pay slip by processing the employee’s last payroll cycle. This will include any outstanding payments, benefits, or deductions. Contact support for help if needed.

How can I search for holidays or leave credits under Holiday Management? Currently, the search bar under “Holiday Management” may not be available. This is a known issue we’re addressing. In the meantime, please contact support for help with finding your holiday or leave details.
Why can’t I see the availability of the conference room and company car in the system?
The feature to display availability is currently under development. However, you can still book the company car and conference room through the system. We will notify you once the issue has been resolved and updated.
Why is my recharge amount not accurate?
If you are seeing discrepancies in your recharge amount, this issue may be related to a system error. We are actively investigating and working to resolve this. In the meantime, please contact our support team for assistance, and they will help you resolve the issue manually.
Can I pay utility bills through SOOA?
As of now, the utility bill payment feature is still in development. However, you can use the payment module to pay suppliers by transferring funds to their personal or corporate bank accounts through SOOA.
