Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Personal Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected. Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete your personal data from our records, unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes. To initiate a deletion request, please email us at marketing@sooa.ph. We will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide confirmation once the deletion is complete.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. SOOA has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising among the parties hereto in respect of the interpretation of this agreement and the performance of obligations hereunder shall be settled amicably by mutual consultations as far as practicable in accordance with the provisions provided under 2021 Rules of Procedure of the National Privacy Commission Circular No. 2021-01. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines

In the event of any suit arising from this Agreement, the same shall be brought in the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Parañaque City, Philippines.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
